Operations Manager
£65,000 - £75,000 + Car allowance + excellent company benefits
Hounslow (Commutable from: Slough, Uxbridge, Heathrow, Feltham, Hayes, Egham and surrounding areas)
Are you a Operations / General Manager from the bus, coach or transport sector looking to step into a Head of Operations role with full responsibility for depot performance, staff leadership and service delivery?
On offer is a senior leadership position where you will lead all operational activity across a busy transport depot and play a key role in driving performance, profitability and customer service with the opportunity to progress to Managing Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and rapidly growing UK transport operator delivering commercial transport services, corporate contracts and network support across the region. The company offers autonomy, responsibility and the chance to shape operational performance across a major depot.
In this Monday-Friday role, you will take full responsibility for depot operations, managing drivers and operational staff, overseeing performance, budgets and KPIs while ensuring a safe, reliable and high-quality service is delivered to customers.
This role would suit a senior Operations Manager, Depot Manager or Transport Manager from a bus or coach background looking to step into a strategic leadership role with long-term progression and influence across the business.
