In this varied and high-impact role, you will oversee equipment, hardware, and personnel in production, shipping, and maintenance. You will develop and implement strategic plans, coordinate cross-functional activities, and work closely with the Plant General Manager and department heads. The Role:
- Plan, direct, control, and manage Production, Shipping, and Maintenance Departments
- Optimize safety, quality, efficiency, and costs across all plant operations
- Develop in-plant strategic planning to align with corporate objectives
- Coordinate, prioritize, and direct departmental activities to achieve operational goals
The Person:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Science, or related field with demonstrated success in manufacturing
- Strong background in chemical manufacturing highly preferred
- Proven leadership, management, and organizational skills with a track record of operational excellence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment
