Modular Site Foreman
Massachusetts
$90,000 - $115,000 + Benefits + Long-Term Career Progression
Are you a Site Foreman with hands-on experience delivering modular or steel-framed construction projects, looking for a site-led role with real responsibility within a growing modular construction business?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing modular contractor delivering modular and steel-framed buildings across Maine. Once projects are under contract, you will work closely with the Project Manager to prepare sites for module installation and take full responsibility for on-site execution from project handoff through to final punch list completion.
You will be the on-site lead during critical install phases, overseeing module setting, heavy crane lifts, and structural installation, while coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification.
This role suits a practical, experienced modular site leader who enjoys being on site, managing complex lifts, and driving high-quality modular installations. Travelling and stay aways are required in this role.
The Role:
- Lead day-to-day site operations across modular and steel-framed construction projects
- Prepare sites for modular installation, including foundations, utilities coordination, and logistics planning
- Oversee module setting, heavy crane lifts, and structural installation works
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, deliveries, and on-site activities
- Manage sequencing, safety, quality control, and approved change orders through to final completion
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman, Superintendent, or similar on modular or steel-framed projects
- Strong hands-on experience with module setting, crane lifts, and structural installation
- Solid understanding of site logistics, sequencing, and health & safety around heavy lifts
- Confident leading site teams and subcontractors during critical construction phases
