$60,000 - $75,000

Are you a Marine Technician who's ready to step up into a leadership role without being stuck on the tools all day?

This is a unique opportunity to step into a brand new, support-focused role with a globally backed marine organization. Based at their Miami facility, you'll become the on-site technical lead, guiding a small team of technicians, improving standards and becoming the go-to problem solver.
This isn't heavy hands-on work - you'll be using your knowledge to mentor, support, troubleshoot, review drawings and help drive the team forward. You'll gain valuable leadership and management experience while still staying close to the technical side of the industry.

The Role:
- Support and guide technicians with troubleshooting and technical upgrades
- Lead root cause analysis on engines, propulsion and control systems
- Review drawings, documentation and technical reports
- Work autonomously and help strengthen overall team performance
The Person:
- Marine or Mechanical background
- Strong understanding of engines and marine systems
- Confident with diagnostics and reading drawings
- Looking to move into a leadership and progression-focused role
