In this high-impact technical role, you'll act as the central point for manufacturing solutions, leading and supporting lean initiatives, driving cost-reduction projects, improving workflow efficiency, and working cross-functionally to support design for manufacturability and product development.
This role would suit a manufacturing engineer with experience in metal fabrication or metal coatings, looking to join an industry-leading organization with clear technical development and progression opportunities in a key department.
The Role:
- Drive lean initiatives and capital projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance production efficiency.
- Provide hands on support for DFM and new product integration.
The Candidate:
- Knowledge of metal fabrication and coating.
- Experienced with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Qualification or strong knowledge of lean processes.
