In this high-impact role, you will be the go-to technical leader, owning and solving the site's most critical manufacturing challenges. This position allows you the opportunity to apply your own processes within continuous improvement, automation solutions, and component manufacturing, ensuring production runs at maximum efficiency.
This role would suit an Engineer with a background in printing, labeling, or packaging, looking for a technical leadership role at an industry leading, global organization.
The Role:
- Drive process improvements, automation, and cost efficiencies across manufacturing and printing operations.
- Support production scheduling and troubleshoot issues alongside the Director of Manufacturing.
- Apply Lean principles and Six Sigma experience to improve component manufacturing lines.
The Candidate:
- Experience with Labelling, RFID and Flexography.
- Experience using AutoCAD/Autodesk and ERP/MRP systems.
- Degree Qualified (Bachelors).
