Maintenance Technician - Training on PLC Programming
2nd Shift Monday - Saturday 2:30 pm - 11 pm
$30-$35/hr + Saturday Overtime + Quarterly Profit Sharing + (OTE $100k) + 401(k) 4% Match + Medical, Dental & Vision + Life Insurance & Disability + 8 Paid Holidays + 2 weeks PTO
Location: Fort Worth, TX (commutable from Arlington, Burleson, Mansfield, Crowley, Grand Prairie, Kennedale)
Are you a Dual Skilled Maintenance Technician with PLC Fault Finding experience looking to develop your PLC skills and work with cutting-edge automation?

This role would suit a hands-on Maintenance Technician looking for a technically progressive position where they can develop their PLC skills and build a long-term career.
The Role
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of automated stamping and fabrication equipment
- PLC programming and fault diagnosis - full on-the-job training provided
- Root cause analysis to prevent recurring failures
- 2:30pm-11pm, Mon-Fri with Saturday overtime and quarterly profit sharing
The Candidate
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance background in a manufacturing environment
- PLC fault finding experience
- Looking for overtime, training and future progression.
