This role would suit a Lead Maintenance Technician with printing press experience, solid mechanical aptitude, and working knowledge of PLCs, who enjoys leading from the front while significantly boosting earnings through competitive pay and regular overtime.
The Role:
- Lead a team of 3 maintenance technicians, managing maintenance schedules, delegating work, and maintaining accurate system records.
- Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on printing presses and production equipment, including PLC diagnostics.
- 1st Shift.
The Candidate:
- Experience in lead maintenance or supervisory role.
- Working knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Experience with labeling, printing or packaging machinery.
