£57,000 - £65,000 + Days + Training + Progression + Holidays + Early Friday Finish + Company Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you a Maintenance Manager with experience leading Continuous Improvement and CAPEX projects looking to join a rapidly growing company where you will play a key role in their senior management team overseeing your own department?

In this days-based role, you will be taking the lead on CI and CAPEX projects, managing a team of skilled engineers and maintenance operations, creating maintenance schedules, and ensuring work is done to an exceptional standard.
The role would suit a Maintenance Manager with experience understanding budgets and leading CI projects, who is looking to take the lead in a position with high responsibility and high autonomy and help the business on its journey for continuous growth.
The Role:
- Manage Site Maintenance Operations
- Lead CI & CAPEX Projects
- Working on budgets and P&L sheets
- Days-based role: Monday - Friday

The Person:
- Maintenance Manager
- Electro-Mechanical background
- Experience with creating PPM Schedules and understanding budgets
- Experience leading Continuous Improvements
