£50,000 - £60,000 + BONUS + RELOCATION PACKAGE + Autonomy + Broad Role + 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holiday + 6% Employer pension


Excellent opportunity to join a global leader in an autonomous role where you will lead the maintenance function of busy site.


On offer is a role where you will occasionally be hands on, but will spend most of your time managing all maintenance staff and processes. There is also a lot of onsite investment so you will get to develop and implement on site capital projects and upgrades.


This business have multiple sites across the globe and although they sit as the current market leaders, they have continued to rapidly grow and expand in recent years. The Whitehaven site has received considerable investment to keep up with orders and they are looking to further grow their maintenance team to keep up with this demand.


In this role you will be Managing a growing maintenance function within an expanding factory receiving a lot of investment. You will have to be happy to contribute from a hands on perspective when necessary, but the role will be predominantly management and process based.


This is a great chance for someone to take ownership of all maintenance for a Modern manufacturing facility.


The Role:
*Maintenance Manager
*Days shift Monday-Friday
*Some hands on work but predominantly management duties

*Experienced Within a similar role
*Live close to or happy to relocate to Whitehaven
