This prestigious company are one of the UK's largest property developers, owning and managing a range of real estate around the London area. As part of their services they have a large maintenance and engineering team, that looks after their properties around the clock. They are have been steadily expanding over recent years, and are now looking for a maintenance engineers to join their expert team.

In this role you will be tasked with performing a range of electrical and mechanical pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a range of properties around the East London area. In addition to this, you will also be provided with extensive training and have the opportunity to progress into senior roles. There are multiple positions available with this company, set across a number of different predominantly days based shift patterns.

This role would therefore suit a multi-skilled engineer from a facilities/building services background, who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to join a prestigious company.

The Role:

  • Electrical & mechanical pre-planned and reactive maintenance
  • Working on state-of-the-art properties around Canary Wharf/East London
  • Multiple shift patterns available
  • £45,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

  • Multi-skilled Engineer with facilities/building services experience
  • Electrically qualified with mechanical skills
