£36,000 - £42,000 + Van & Fuelcard + Overtime + Pension + Life Assurance + Employee Share Scheme + Excellent Company Benefits
Do you have mechanical building services/facilities maintenance experience? Are you looking for a mobile position covering a small local patch with overtime earning potential?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will carry out a mixture of PPM & reactive maintenance on mechanical assets across a wide-range of commercial site, with plenty of overtime earning potential.
Alongside this, the company will support your development as Engineer and will fund training courses to allow you to become a Multi-skilled Engineer, as well as progress to senior & managerial positions.

The Candidate:
- Mechanical building service or FM experience
- Full driving licence
- Trade qualified, Level 3 City & Guilds
