This position allows you to take full ownership of CNC and automation processes, working closely alongside cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and engage in technical problem solving to improve production.
This role would suit a CNC Programmer from an industrial background, looking to progress into senior engineering or management.
The Role:
- Lead the development and optimization of CNC and Automated machinery.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency, cost and quality.
- Engage in technical problem solving and develop documentation for process improvement.
The Candidate:
- Strong experience in CNC programming and machining.
- CMM, CAM and G- Code Experience.
- Industrial manufacturing or machine shop background.
