This company are a rapidly expanding construction company specialising in glazing, who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high quality work among their clientele. Looking to expand the business with a number of exciting projects on the horizon, our client pride themselves on encouraging an enthusiastic environment whilst delivering a high level of service to their clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a competitive and hard working individual to join the team.

In this role you will be based in their East London office playing a crucial part in a number of exciting projects which will range in size. Working closely with the team, you will be mentored to support the estimating team with sub-contractor & material quote request, review tender documents, assess the scope of works, calculate project costs and assist with conducting regular site meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a sales background, or an interest in sales/estimating but have product knowledge of the glazing industry, perhaps coming from a fabricator/glazer background. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively across the company.

The Role:

- Junior Estimator
-Developing and maintaining relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
-Carrying out site visits
-Site inspections and attending site meetings
-Conducting client meetings and presentations leading cost discussions
-Arrange and prepare documents for handover meetings

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 years' experience in glazing
-Strong IT skills, Microsoft Excel
-Full UK Driving License
