Training into Renewables

£30,000 - £35,000 + Tools + Full Renewable Training + Pension + Holidays + Clear Progression
Are you a newly qualified Electrician who has completed an apprenticeship and is looking for the right company to grow with?
Do you want full training into renewable energy and the chance to be part of a brand new electrical team with unlimited progression?
A fast-growing energy efficiency and renewable energy specialist is looking to build a long term, in-house electrical team. With major growth plans and a move away from subcontractors, they are now looking for Junior Electricians to develop internally.
This role is ideal for someone who has completed their apprenticeship and wants hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to renewable technologies such as Solar PV. No renewable experience is required, as full training and support will be provided from day one.
Joining at this early stage offers exceptional career potential. As the electrical team grows, early hires will have clear routes into senior, specialist, and supervisory roles.
The Person:
- Completed an electrical apprenticeship
- NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition
- Strong basic electrical knowledge
- Eager to learn renewable technologies
- Motivated and career focused
The Role:
- Assist with domestic electrical and renewable installations
- Train into Solar PV and renewable systems
- Support senior engineers on site
- Learn fault finding and commissioning
- Grow into a fully qualified renewables electrician
