An excellent role on offer for a HR Business Partner looking to work for a global company where you will receive ongoing training and development, whilst working in a technically interesting environment.
Have you got experience working with labour relations and unionized work? Have you got experience with payroll processing and payroll systems?
This award-winning manufacturer operates in the FMCG industry where they supply food solutions to specialist sectors. They have an excellent reputation within the industry and are known to look after their staff. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner who will become an expert on their systems.
In this role you will work in a stand-alone HR role to manage the recruitment process on Dayforce, assist with payroll and benefits and labour relations. You will also manage monthly HR metrics, headcount and invoices.
This role would ideally suit an HR Business Partner looking to join a global FMCG company, where you will work in a technically interesting role, whilst becoming a technical expert on their HR systems.
The Role:
Managing all HR activities onsite
Labour relations, recruitment and payroll/benefits
Site based with hybrid working
$35ph - $45ph + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits
The Person:
Must have experience working with labour relations and unionized environment
Must have payroll and benefits experience
Live local to Calgary
