Burton-On-Trent - Commutable from Derby, Tamworth, Coalville, Uttoxeter, Cannock, Stafford, Nottingham, Birmingham and surrounding areas
£35,000 - £45,000 + Private Medical + Training Opportunities + Early Finish Every Friday + 10% Company Pension Contribution + Retail Discounts + 33 Days Holiday + 35 Hours Weekly
Are you Team Leader or an experienced Service Coordinator looking for a new role within a company that provides you with training as well as autonomy within your role to be in control of your work and creative with your methods.

My client is an international and UK leader in their industry and have been established for over 140 years. Over this period, they have built an orderbook filled with notable clients and are going through a strong growth period. Due to this they are searching for a Team Leader to oversee their Customer Service Coordinator's.
The day to day of this role will involve supervising the Service team of 8 people, delegating work, ensuring KPIs are hit, attending meetings, overseeing holiday request and absences, providing admin support to the sales team, developing professional relationships with customers, taking hire and sales enquiries via phone and email, checking the availability of equipment and transport, processing hire and sale orders through Inspire and more.
The ideal candidate for this role would be Hire Desk Manager/Service Controller from a rental background or an individual with customer service and leadership experience within a busy environment who is used to working at a desk, inputting data, being organised and communiacting with cpolleagues.
