In this role, you will be troubleshooting issues, maintaining servers and user support, as well as communicating internationally and domestically. You will be responsible for employee onboarding and documentation.
This role would suit a Help Desk Specialist or IT Generalist looking for a role with excellent career growth and progression, as well as the autonomy to manage a highly successful office.
The Role:
* Provide first-line support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Serve as the primary help desk contact for staff ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
* Collaborate with global teams to implement and maintain systems and infrastructure.
* Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and managing account credentials.
The Person:
* A solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting processes.
* Prior help desk experience in IT support or a related role
