Salary: $60,000- $75,000 + 15 days PTO + Bonuses + Career Progression + 401(k) + Medical Benefits

In this role, you will be based in the Charlotte office where you will have the exciting opportunity to kick start your career in the MEP Construction Industry working on a combination of Commercial, High-Rise, and Industrial projects worth $1m to $10m.
You will be a key member in the Construction team providing support to Project Managers and the VP of Construction. Your responsibilities will include Submittal and RFI reviews, Processing, and tracking, as well as change order pricing as development.

The role:
- Submittal reviews, processing, and tracking.
- RFI reviews, processing, tracking, and posting.
- Change order pricing and development.
- Attend jobsite meetings as required.
The Person:
- Construction Management Degree with experience in Submittals, RFIs and Change Orders.
- US Work Authorization.
- Valid Driving License.
