This company are becoming the go to team of engineers for some of the largest and most secretive projects in New York, where they are renowned for looking after their staff by paying for your entire Health Benefits and helping you gain further qualifications. They are now looking for a project engineer to join their team and work alongside the Port Authority to review and design extensive drawings related to road and site projects.
On offer is a position where you will be reviewing, editing and designing drawings to ensure they are not only up to spec but safe for construction too. You will also have the opportunity to be the go to point of contact f project help based of your drawings.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in Highway and Site design, who is looking to take the next step in their career and continue to expand and utilize your wealth of technical knowledge to advise clients and engineers to allow projects to be completed to the highest standard!
The Role:
- Work on Highway and Site Drawings and Blueprints
- Working with a very senior team of engineers on the most exclusive projects in NYC
- Use Civil 3D to create and adjust project drawings
- 1 day work from home after 3 months
The person:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Experience as a design engineer for highway and civil projects
- SWAC Clearance or the ability to obtain
- Experience with NY Port Authority is preferred
