In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience preparing accurate and detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work. You'll review and analyze construction drawings, performing take-offs that support competitive, well-informed bids. Working closely with project managers, leaders and contractors, you'll learn firsthand how great projects are built.
This role would suit a graduate Estimator who is ambitious, motivated, and looking to work on heavy civil projects while accelerating their career toward senior leadership.
The Role:
- Prepare precise and detailed construction estimates that drive informed project decisions
- Analyze construction drawings and perform accurate take-offs
- Continuously learn and apply new techniques, technologies, and best practices in construction estimating
The Person:
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with construction-related experience or education
- Strong analytical and technical skills with a genuine passion for construction estimating
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to develop leadership skills while progressing rapidly in a dynamic, growing company
