They've built a reputation for integrity, safety, and quality. They are now looking for a Graduate Estimator who shares their commitment to excellence and wants to kickstart their career
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience preparing accurate and detailed estimates for heavy civil projects. You'll review and analzye construction drawings, performing take-offs that support competitive, well-informed bids. Working closely with experienced estimators, leaders and contractors, you'll learn firsthand how to manage projects from conception through to completion.
This role would suit a construction management graduate who wants career progression, and the opportunity to build a lasting career in heavy civil construction.
The Role:
- Prepare precise and detailed construction estimates that drive informed project decisions
- Analyze construction drawings and perform accurate take-offs
- Use HeavyBid & AGTEK software to perform take offs and cost analysis (training provided)
The Person:
- Recent Construction Management graduate
- Strong analytical and technical skills with a genuine passion for heavy civil estimating
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to develop leadership skills while progressing rapidly in a dynamic, growing company
