Are you a Construction Management Graduate looking to build a long-term career in estimating while working on high-end luxury residential projects?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded residential construction business where you'll receive structured training, hands-on mentorship, and exposure to premium custom home projects from day one. You'll be supported by experienced estimators and senior leadership as you develop the technical and commercial skills needed to progress within the business.

With a strong and stable pipeline of work, they are now looking to bring in a Graduate Estimator who is eager to learn, develop, and grow into a key part of the preconstruction team.
In this role, you will support the estimating and preconstruction process by assisting with cost estimates, reviewing drawings and specifications, managing bid information, and working closely with project managers, vendors, and trade partners. You'll gain exposure to the full estimating lifecycle and be trained to take on more responsibility as your experience grows.
This role would suit a Construction Management Graduate who is motivated by learning, long-term career development, and working on premium residential projects within a supportive team environment.
The Role:
- Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for luxury residential construction
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Manage bid packages and subcontractor pricing
- Support preconstruction planning and cost control throughout project delivery
The Person:
- Experience in construction estimating within residential or commercial projects
- Able to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, trades, and internal teams
