You'll sit at the intersection of infrastructure, product, and user experience, transforming complex, dynamic interactions into reliable, natural-sounding conversations. Expect meaningful ownership over architecture, latency, reliability, and feature delivery across a platform that is expanding quickly.
You'll collaborate closely with founders and customers, implementing features directly into live environments, iterating fast, and building the foundations that the wider engineering team will scale on. The Role
*Develop, deploy, and iterate on voice and LLM-driven systems for real customer use-cases
*Own architecture decisions supporting scalability, latency, and reliability
*Work closely with enterprise customers to integrate workflows and deliver features they'll adopt immediately
*Evaluate model behaviour across real conversational traffic and drive improvements
*Design systems that anticipate future growth and team expansion

*Professional fullstack engineering experience with a top startup
*Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity at speed
*Customer-first mindset with interest in product behaviour and UX
