Financial System Administrator (m/f/x)

€75,000-95,000+ Bonus+ Holiday + Pension + Flexible working hours.
Excellent opportunity of an experienced Financial System Administrator, where you will be responsible for the administration and further development of the planning and forecasting application and act as a link between the finance and IT areas.
The company is a worldwide designer and manufacturer of precision motion control products and systems. From designing and manufacturing products and solutions to providing expert consultative support, they collaborate with customers in many of the world's most challenging industrial applications.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Financial Administrator, who has several years working in Financial departments. You have dealt with finance specific applications; such as OneStream, and ERP systems, and have supported long terms financial planning.

The role:
- Manage system changes/ expansions for the planning and forecasting process across all company groups.
- Support in process design on the topics of (long-term) financial planning and consolidation as well as detailed budgeting including personnel and capital planning.
- Ensuring data consistency during consolidation and reporting.
- Assist users and maintain system logs in troubleshooting data validation and reporting issues.
- Training of all system users about the possibilities and system adjustments.
The person:
- Business studies or commercial training with further training.
- 5+ years' experience in the finance department with the affinity for systems and applications.
- Ideally background in the manufacturing industry.
- Beneficial to have knowledge of OneStream.
- Good knowledge of dealing with finance-specific applications and ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of German and English.
