Hybrid- Berlin
€48,000-60,000 + holiday + flexible working hours + company benefits

This is a really exciting opportunity to join an up and coming fintech investment platform that is currently going through rapid growth. This company is now looking to expand their team marketing team with a new CRM manage.

The company has created a product is a platform where you can invest in a variety of luxury goods and collectables - all of which are predicted to go up in value significantly. A very vibrant product which will catch your eye!

The ideal candidate will be an experienced CRM manager with a proven track record of success in CRM as a lifecycle or CRM manager. You will be structured and have meticulous organisational skills and an excellent project manager. Also, your ability to demonstrate working cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders and departments.

The role

  • Using your lifecycle management and CRM expertise, you will plan, build and manage high-performing messaging campaigns across multiple channels (email, push), including audience selection, trigger qualification, segmentation, setup, send out and campaign analysis.
  • You will own the campaign creation process with relevant departments and be the point of contact for campaign stakeholders.
  • You will carefully monitor individual campaign performance, adjusting and adapting as needed and collecting insights to optimise future campaign activity (A/B testing).
  • Using your segmentation tactics knowledge, you will develop target groups and communication concepts for individual sales pitches using marketing automation.
  • Together with relevant stakeholders, you will compile, consolidate, and systematically maintain customer data.
  • You will support other departments with the definition of requirements and functionality needed to further develop the CRM strategies.
  • You will provide junior team members with support and expertise in the execution of lifecycle and CRM programs.

The person:

  • 4+ years' experience within a CRM role and proven track record of success in CRM ideally as a lifecycle CRM manager.
  • Experience within a company within the financial services or similar industry.
  • Proven track record in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM Segmentation, automation, and proven track record of increasing conversion, retention and scaling CRM activities.
  • Fluent in English and German.
