Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (Technical Progression)
£45,000 + Technical Training + Unique Environment + Flexible Working Hours + Pension
Site based role, commutable from Bath, Chippenham, Melksham, Midsomer Norton, Bristol and surrounding areas.

On offer is a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor role where you will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical building maintenance as well as leading a team of engineers.
This role would suit someone from a facilities / building maintenance background that is looking for an opportunity to further develop their skillset and work in an autonomous, unique role.
The Role:
- Oversee a team of electrical and mechanical technicians
- Hands on preventative and reactive maintenance
- Ongoing training and development
The Person:
- Experience in building maintenance / facilities management
- Supervisor / Lead / Manager
- Hospitality / hotel experience is desirable
