Are you a Maintenance Supervisor eager to step up into your first Management position? Are you looking to lead your own department, mentoring the individuals and having a huge impact on the overall running of the facility?
On offer is an exciting leadership role where you will train and grow the team, taking full ownership of the department. You will be playing a huge role in the ongoing success of the facility.
This company are a globally established leader in their sector, well renowned for how they treat their staff, and are searching for a maintenance supervisor to head up the department.
This position would suit a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager with aptitude in electrical and mechanical maintenance, eager to step up into a management position.
The Role:
- Managing a Maintenance Staff of 10-15 people.
- Day shift position.
- On call responsibility
The Candidate:
- Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience.
- Prior leadership experience (supervisor or otherwise)
- Looking to step up into a management role.
