Excellence Manager / Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing)
£60,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance + Specialist Training + Highly Autonomous + Profit Share Bonus + Medical Insurance + Life Assurance + Enhanced Pension + 35 days holiday + Other Benefits
Hybrid / Remote, ideally located Oxford, Swindon, Bristol, Gloucester, Worcester.

Due to their continued growth and expansion, they are looking for a skilled leader to join the team and drive growth within the business.
On offer is an Excellence Manager position working within the Manufacturing team, working to develop, implement and support the manufacturing systems across their sites. Driving the digital transformation, strategic modelling and resource management as the business continue to invest in those sites.
This role would suit someone from a Continuous Improvements, Manufacturing, Technical Manager or similar background looking to utilise their skillset whilst making a massive contribution to the continued growth of a thriving business.
The Role:
*Delivery of Strategic Modelling of Manufacturing Systems to drive continuous improvements
*Drive change within the global teams within the business; identifying, developing and implementing ground breaking improvements to sites.
*Highly autonomous
The Person:
*Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing processes
*Experience working with strategic implementation / digital transformation
*UK Passport / Driving License.
