An excellent opportunity for an Estimator with civil construction experience to join an industry-leading contractor working on large-scale civil projects, with clear opportunities for career progression.

This dynamic company has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and has secured a strong pipeline of confirmed projects to support continued expansion. The business specializes in civil construction projects in the heart of New York City. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to recruit a motivated Estimator to join their loyal and well-established team.

This is primarily an office-based position with monthly site visits. You will be responsible for conducting weekly meetings, managing the project pipeline, overseeing a team of Estimators, and ensuring all bids are delivered to a high standard.

This role would suit an Estimator from a civil construction background who is looking to step into a leadership role within a rapidly expanding and well-established organization.
The Role:

  • Civil Estimator
  • Overseeing the estimating team
  • Preparing bids, submittals, and estimates
  • Conducting weekly client meetings

The Person:

  • Knowledge of HCSS / HeavyBid
  • Experience working on civil projects
  • Looking to lead a team
  • Hard-working, with the ability to contribute to a growing team
