Engineering Manager - Landfill
Asheville, North Carolina - Commutable from: Hot Springs, Marshall, Greeneville and Flat Creek
$80,000 - $90,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits Package + Progression Opportunities + Training Opportunities + Great 401k + 4 day weeks
Are you an engineering candidate from a mechanical or chemical background looking to step up into an engineering manager position?
This is an excellent opportunity to develop technically through specialist on the job training and in house training, also with the opportunity to progress with the business as the company grows.
The company have an excellent reputation within there industry and are in a tremendous period of growth. Due to this they now require an Engineering Manager to join the business.
On offer is a varied, hands-on role where you will plan and deliver engineering works across the landfill site, including installation, operation, and maintenance of plant and equipment. You will lead and support a team of engineers, technicians, and apprentices, providing practical technical input while ensuring all work meets safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
This role would suit a candidate from a mechanical and chemical background looking to enhance their skillset and gain more responsibility and recognition while looking to progress within the company.
