Engineering Manager

Are you an Engineering Manager from a PSV, Bus or Coach background looking to take full ownership of engineering operations for a major Heathrow-based transport provider?

On offer is a senior leadership role within a well-established and growing UK transport group, where you will play a key part in driving engineering performance, compliance, reliability and team development across a large vehicle fleet.

This company operate a diverse fleet supporting Heathrow and surrounding areas, delivering essential passenger transport and private hire services. Due to continued growth and contract expansion, they are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function and ensure high standards across safety, performance and cost control.

In this role, you will oversee the full engineering operation, managing engineers and supervisors, controlling budgets, ensuring DVSA and health & safety compliance, and maintaining high vehicle availability and reliability across the fleet.

This role would suit an experienced Engineering Manager or Senior Depot Engineer from a PSV, Bus or Coach background looking for a senior position with autonomy, responsibility and long-term progression.



The Role:

  • Lead and manage the engineering department
  • Ensure DVSA compliance, safety and maintenance standards
  • Manage budgets, parts and engineering performance


The Person:

  • PSV / Bus / Coach engineering background
  • Previous Engineering Manager or senior depot experience
  • Commutable to Heathrow
