Customer Service Advisor (Technical / Trades)
£32,000 + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits Package

You will work with a range of customers over the phone, via email, and internally with operations and field engineering teams. You'll support order processing, issue resolution, and ensure a seamless service experience. All necessary training will be provided internally.
This role suits a candidate from a customer service background within a technical or trade counter environment.
