Controls Software Engineer

This company is at the forefront of Controls Technology. They have a superb client base and more businesses queuing up to use their services. Due to this massive demand, they are looking to add a Controls Software Engineer to the team on a permanent basis.
In this role you will Function Block Diagrams for PCLs and Controls, write Structured Text Code, and design complete automations for use across a wide range of industries. You will predominantly be site-based but there will be an occasional requirement to travel to customer sites for meetings and to look at the physical space available.
The ideal candidate will a PLC Programmer with experience of programming with at least one of the following; Structured Text, C, C++, Python, Assembly, or Java. Candidates must have good Function Block Diagram experience and a good experience with machine software development. Candidates will need to be eligible for SC Clearance.
