Are you a motivated Contracts Administrator looking for your next exciting challenge with a continually expanding, nationwide company where you can play a key part within a successful and passionate team?

This fantastic company specialise in the waste & recycling industry on a nationwide basis. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team.

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and processing of contracts from the field sales team whilst ensuring excellent levels of customer service, accuracy of data on the company computer systems and achieving department KPIs. You will also support the field sales team as the office based admin support.

This is an ideal role for someone from a Contracts Administration background looking for a new challenge with a company who will invest in your training, development & long term progression.


  • Entering customer details into CRM
  • Assisting Sales team when quoting for work
  • To assist in completing all sales related documentation by liaising with the sales reps


  • Highly organised and self-motivated & Passionate about providing the best possible service to a valued customer base
  • Experience within a similar role as a contracts administrator & used to managing multiple projects / accounts at any one time
  • Good communication skills & a positive, proactive, problem solver with a 'can do' attitude
  • Looking for training, development & long term career progression
