They are undergoing aggressive but sustainable growth with projects for take-off throughout this year and 2025 and 2026 already booked. This branch operates across the state of Texas, contributing to multi-million-dollar projects across clients in all industries.
This position will be based in Houston, Texas. In this role you will be working on multiple glazing projects from a variety of clients and will be overseeing the project through letter of intent to project completion for these facilities. Responsibilities will include managing projects to schedule and in budget, negotiating with existing vendors, occasional site visits, and managing external and internal stakeholders.
This role would suit an ambitious construction project manager who is excited about managing all aspects of large commercial projects and is looking to add highly sought after projects & experience to their toolbelt, with the opportunity to advance your career whilst surrounded by the best in the industry.
The Role:
- From planning to completion - manage all aspects of the project, including creation of project plans and project progress reports.
- Procuring materials from existing vendors.
- Managing external and internal stakeholders.
- Occasional site visits.
The Person:
- Previous experience in glazing construction project management.
- Comfortable commuting to site Mon-Fri.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal staff, subcontractors & clients.
