£30,000 + Pension


Are you an organised Administrator looking for a long-term role within a stable construction business that places real emphasis on efficiency and teamwork?

Excellent opportunity to join an established business supporting a busy Commercial Department across procurement, subcontractor coordination and commercial reporting. The company offers a varied workload supporting multiple live projects within a collaborative and professional working environment.

This role offers exposure to key commercial and procurement functions within construction and is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured environment while supporting multiple project stakeholders.

You will be joining a supportive team with clear opportunities to develop your career within the commercial function as the business continues to grow.

The Role:
* Raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement schedules
* Supporting subcontractor tender processes and maintaining compliance records
* Assisting with cost trackers, invoice queries, and monthly reporting
* Managing customer upgrade information and distributing to relevant teams
* Providing general administrative support to the Commercial Department

The Person:
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident IT user including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
* Previous administrative experience (construction experience desirable)
