Civil Superintendent
$100,000 - $130,000 + Vehicle + Excellent Benefits + Training + Progression

Are you a Civil Superintendent looking to take full responsibility for site operations while progressing into senior field leadership with a stable and growing contractor?
On offer is the opportunity to lead site development projects from the field, take ownership of daily operations, and play a key role in delivering work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will be trusted to run your sites, supported by an experienced management team, and given clear progression as the business continues to expand.
This is a well-established civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale site development and underground utility projects across Central Florida. With a consistent pipeline of work and long-term clients, they provide a professional environment where safety, accountability, and field expertise are genuinely valued.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of site development projects. You will lead field crews and subcontractors, coordinate materials and equipment, manage schedules, and address site challenges as they arise. You will ensure work is carried out safely, in compliance with permits and plans, and delivered on time and within budget.
This role would suit a Civil Superintendent from a heavy civil or site development background who wants ownership of their projects, respect for their expertise, and a clear path into senior site leadership.
The Role:
- Oversee site development projects from mobilization through completion
- Lead field crews and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Manage scheduling, logistics, permitting, and site coordination
- Maintain compliance with plans, permits, and safety requirements
The Person:
- Experience managing complex site development or heavy civil projects
- Background in earthwork, underground utilities, stormwater, or roadway preparation
- Able to read and interpret construction plans, permits, drawings, and schedules
- Strong communicator who works effectively with crews, vendors, and management
