£40,000 - £50,000 + support to reach MRICS + hybrid working + bonus scheme

This company are a multidisciplinary surveying consultancy covering multiple sectors within construction including education, residential and commercial sectors. They pride themselves on high staff retention and internal progression, so much so, that they have employees who have progressed from graduates to Partnership. As their workload increases and they take on more exciting diverse projects, they are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate is a building surveyor with experience in the education sector, who enjoys leading projects and is seeking to develop in their career. This role is well suited to candidates who enjoy working autonomously on projects, and being a front running project manager.

The Role:
- Building Surveyor
- Autonomous project management of projects
- Liaising with clients from tendering to completion
The Person:
- Building Surveyor Degree
- Demonstrable experience in similar role
- Full UK drivers licence and comfortable with travelling to Ascot
