With robust support and guidance, there's a clear path to advancement into this role including support with Chartership if required. Moreover, you'll be engaged in a interesting array of projects spanning both residential and commercial sectors.
This well-established company are a building and multidisciplinary consultancy operating across a range of sectors, predominantly commercial and residential on projects up to the value of £50mil. Operating across the South West, they have now opened their brand new London office due to continued growth and projects in the city. In line with this growth they are looking to take on a Building Surveyor for this office to work with the
Associate Director.
In this role you will be office, site and home based (if desired) across London with the office based near Holborn. You will be responsible for completing building, commercial and condition surveys on residential and commercial projects of varying value and complexity. You will work on dilapidations, party wall, project work and contract administration. You will be either office based or working from home and go out to site when necessary.
