Building Surveyor
Hull, covering surrounding areas
£38,000 to £42,000 + RICS Training + Clear Progression
This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong local presence and a reputation for quality delivery across a wide range of sectors.
Are you a Building Surveyor with a couple years of experience? Are you looking for a role with strong mentorship, great training opportunities, and exposure to a wide variety of construction and engineering projects?
This consultancy has been operating for over 30 years and continues to grow steadily by delivering consistent results to its residential, commercial, and public sector clients. Their work spans condition surveys, party wall matters, refurbishments, conservation, and infrastructure, offering broad exposure and development. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced surveyors, managing a range of projects from inception to completion. You'll conduct condition surveys, party wall Surveys, liaise with clients, present findings, and play an active role in managing the delivery process. Full mentorship is provided, and support is available for RICS accreditation.
The ideal candidate will be a personable and professional Building Surveyor with some experience. You must hold a relevant degree and have strong communication skills.

The Role:
- Managing a range of projects from initial survey to completion.
- Carrying out condition surveys and party wall matters.
- Liaising with clients, attending meetings, and presenting findings.
- Long-term progression opportunities up to Director level.
The Person:
- Experience in Building Surveying.
- Relevant degree (Building Surveying or similar - RICS route eligible).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
- Team-oriented, professional, and motivated to progress.
- Based within commutable distance of Hull.
