Your key tasks involve seeking continuous improvement opportunities and implementing robotics for automation. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with engineers to synchronize machinery and seamlessly integrate designs into manufacturing processes. Your leadership will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives within the department, while also providing solutions to enhance operational efficiencies to ensure a high-quality output.
This role would suit an automation engineer, looking to join a well-established business with exciting growth plans. You will have the opportunity to shape and develop your own department whilst progressing in the future.
The Role:
* Overseeing operations within the department and leading the team towards success
* Organizing manufacturing and continuous improvement capabilities
* Recommending machinery upgrades to gain marketplace advantages.

* Experienced automation engineer
* Machine shop / CNC / Stamping background
* Good knowledge of FANUC Robotics
