This is a role where you won't be boxed in. You'll take the lead on automation and vision systems across production, driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment.
You'll be hands-on with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA, but also play a key role in developing and optimizing vision inspection systems that directly impact product quality and compliance. This is about owning the full picture - from troubleshooting issues on the floor to implementing long-term system upgrades.
The environment is collaborative but gives you real autonomy. If something can be improved, you'll have the freedom to go and do it.

The Role:
- Own and develop PLC, HMI, SCADA, and vision-based control systems across manufacturing
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system performance improvements
- Support new equipment integration, commissioning, and automation upgrades
- Ensure systems meet GMP, validation, and change control requirements
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Controls, Automation, or similar)
- 3+ years of automation experience within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
- Hands-on experience with industrial vision systems
