This organization is an award winning company specialize in CNC and machine tool equipment across the USA. With a great record and high value clients they are now undergoing a further expansion on the West Coast and they are looking for a Application Engineer to join the team.
In this role you will be based onsite to design and develop custom programs for customers using the companies CNC equipment. The other side of the role is travelling to local customer sites (60%) to train their operators on CNC machines after they have been installed. You will work closely with the sales team on pre-sale activities, providing insights on machine performance, cycle times, and project estimates. Occasional overnight stays are required, but this is minimal.
The Role
- Onsite in Fullerton to create custom programs for a range of clients across multiple industries
- Travel locally to client site to train and develop their operators on the companies CNC equipment.
- Using CAD/CAM and programming across a range of equipment

- CNC Programming
- CAD/CAM knowledge
- Ideally worked in a Applications, Process or Manufacturing Engineering role
- Happy to travel locally to customer sites.
