Our team will always reach out by phone first to conduct a pre-screening call.

During this conversation we’ll ask questions relevant to your job search—your experience, preferences, availability, etc.

📧Step 2: We’ll Email/Text You If We Can’t Reach You By Phone

If we don’t get through, we’ll follow up with an email to arrange a convenient time to talk.

🛑We Will Never Ask You for Sensitive Personal Information Over Email, Before Speaking With You
Before we’ve had a proper conversation with you, we will not ask for details like your:

  • Address history

  • Date of birth

  • National insurance/Social Security number

  • Any other sensitive information

When Will We Ask for Documentation?
Only once we have spoken to you and only when absolutely necessary — for example:

  • Right to work checks

  • Background checks

Our recruitment services are completely free for job seekers. If someone claiming to be from Rise asks you for money, it’s not us.
