​​​I joined Rise’s engineering division in 2018, progressing to consultant, I now work across the UK’s Engineering and Manufacturing sector for a wide range of clients. I aim to build long term-relationships with a committed client base, working closely with them to ensure we place candidates for the long term.

​​​I specialise within the UK manufacturing and engineering sector. I cover everything technical and engineering, whether that be Design, Maintenance, Sales or Senior Management. My aim is to build long-term relationship with companies, supporting them in recruiting motivated and highly skilled candidates who will stay long term, and ultimately helping them to achieve their business goals.

Key achievements: I achieved my promotion to recruitment consultant within a 6 month time frame while also being in a worldwide pandemic, and became Team Manager in 2023. I then went on to hit my quarterly budget straight after my promotion and the earnings I made from that allowed me improve my life outside of work.Future goals: To buy my first property and be earning a 6 figure salary by only my 2nd year in recruitment.Previous background: Achieved a 2:1 degree in History from the University of Southampton and started working at Rise straight after university. I have previously worked as a lifeguard and a licensed door supervisor during my school and university years.

​​I joined Rise as a Trainee in 2013 and having progressed to Principal Consultant, I have worked roles covering the whole Engineering and Technical spectrum, everything from Maintenance Engineers to Vice Presidents of Global Companies UK wide and internationally! I am passionate about placing great candidates with great companies and aim to build long-term relationships whereby clients see me as an extension/recruitment arm of their business which has been the foundation of my success at Rise.

I joined Rise Technical in 2017 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, I’ve progressed within the business and secured my role as Client Engagement Director in 2023. My role as Client Engagement Director is to provide the best service possible to our clients. I focus on strengthening relationships with our existing accounts and building long term relationships with new business. We aim to build a tailored recruitment solution, using technical excellence and motivational matching to solve our client’s recruitment challenges.

​I joined Rise in 2015, having a broad base of experience across all sectors as well as working across permanent and contract positions. Now working as a Principal Consultant, I aim to help my clients on a national basis and pride myself on offering a professional approach while working in partnership with my clients to deliver the best candidates that can be an asset to their business.

​Having joined Rise in late 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic, recruitment has really opened my eyes to how rewarding matching motivated candidates to great companies can be. As a Managing Consultant within the engineering sector, I specialise in Quality and Health and Safety Engineer positions and my focus is to build long-term relationships with companies across the UK, helping them achieve their business goals.

Having joined Rise in 2014, I progressed into the management team and set up our specialist Construction division in March 2020 and became Location Director in 2023. I work with a multitude of clients throughout the Residential and Commercial Construction sector, helping them source candidates from Building Surveyors to Site Managers. My aim is to build long-term relationships with clients and help them achieve their business goals.​​Thoughts about Rise: Like-minded individuals, positively changing lives and helping Rise becoming the No.1 technical recruiter. ​

​​​I’m focused on building great relationships with both clients and candidates alike, to fully understand both parties to ensure that we positively change lives of people that I place, as well as them contributing to the business needs. I focus on a multitude of roles within the Engineering/Manufacturing sector within the South West region.

​​​With over 5 years experience in recruitment and even more enthusiasm than on the day I started, I pride myself on delivering a personable recruitment experience for all clients. I am a Recruitment Manager within the Energy sector in the USA; I strongly believe tailoring the recruitment process for each client means I’m in prime position to attract, select, and retain the best person for the job.

I joined Rise just over 2 years ago and have never looked back. Within this time frame I have achieved 5 promotions, 7 pay rises and billed over £575,000. This has enabled me to achieve amazing things outside of work from purchasing my first property, investing for my future and treating my family to a summer holiday. In my 2nd year I am currently on track for the number 1 recruiter within the business across all divisions. This is a huge personal achievement which has kept me motivated and driven to achieve brilliant things.​

​I've been working at Rise for almost 2 years now. ​In that time, I've learned more about sales, project management and business development than I'd ever thought possible. ​I've worked across several sectors and have enjoyed building relationships with clients and candidates. ​I've developed a real passion for business and my own style of working, and I can't wait to see where my career will take me.
