Late Shift - 3pm to 2am, Monday to Friday

On offer is the chance to lead a team of diesel mechanics, ensuring timely and safe repairs of heavy-duty trucks. In this role, you will be running shifts and assigning work as well as ordering parts and running day-to-day operations. This position is a lead role and will have less than 20% hands-on work.
This role would suit a Lead Mechanic who has a strong background in repairing chassis, hydraulics, electrical, and other systems and wants to move from being hands-on to being in an office.
The Role:
- Lead a team of Mechanics in performing repairs and maintenance
- Run day-to-day operations of the mechanic team
- Running shifts & Assigning work
- Less than 20% hands-on work
- Late Shift - 3pm to 2am, Monday to Friday
The Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on heavy-duty trucks.
- Leadership skills or previous supervisory experience preferred.
