Workshop Based, Commutable from Milton Keynes, Olney, Bedford, Sandy, Leighton Buzzard, Luton, Flitwick and surrounding areas
Are you from a Mechanical Engineering, Plant, REME, Heavy Machinery or smiliar background working as an engineer and looking to join a close knit team of specialists where you will have the opportunity to take the technical lead and mentor staff, with the view to progress your career into management in a days based role with no callouts or weekend work to ensure you keep a great work life balance?

This company specialises in the sales, servicing, maintenance and installation of a range of specialist equipment. They are market leaders within the field and due to an increase in work they are looking to take on a skilled engineer who can lead the team and make a difference in their busy workshop.
On offer is a Workshop Engineer / Plant Fitter Position, where you will be working on the servicing, repair, fault finding and maintenance of a range of specialist equipment, you will work as part of a close knit team and will be in a position to mentor and lead the team with the view to continue to progress in future.
This role would suit an Engineer looking to take the next step in their career, showcasing their skills and working as part of a close knit team, all whilst keeping a great work life balance with no call outs or weekend work.
The Role:
*Service, breakdown repair, fault finding and maintenance of a range of specialist equipment
*Monday to Friday Days Based with no call outs or weekend work
*Progression into Lead and Managerial Positions
The Person:
*From a Plant, REME, Ex-Forces, Heavy Mechanical background
*Looking to join a close knit team of specialists working on a range of engineering products
*Full UK Drivers' License
