£35,000 + £37,000 + Specialist Training + Local Patch + Further Career Progression + Premium Overtime + 31-Days Holiday + No Stays-Away
Workshop Based: Commutable from Cheddar, Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, Bath, Glastonbury, Radstock and Surrounding Areas
Are you an engineer / technician with experience working on either Gearboxes, Pumps, Motors or similar looking for a great opportunity to work for a specialist company who will offer Full Industry training, working as part of a close-knit team in a static role within a warm workshop with a Great Work-Life balance?
On offer is a workshop based role which offers the chance to technically develop your career alongside further progression opportunities into eventually becoming a Supervisor / Manger, gaining recognition as a technical expert with the opportunity to further bolster your earnings through premium overtime opportunities and call outs.
This well-established company are the market leaders in their respective field, working alongside major clients across the UK. They specialise in the repair and sourcing of industrial pumps, motors, gearboxes, and everything in between, due to continued growth and retention, they are now looking for an additional engineer to join the team.
On offer is full training into a specialist industry with a great work-life balance, where you will be responsible for installation, repairs and servicing of specialist equipment, working closely alongside the workshop supervisor amongst other duties.
This role would suit someone with experience working on either Gearboxes, Pumps, Motors or similar equipment, looking for further training and progression opportunities working in a warm workshop with further earning opportunities through overtime and callout bonuses.
