Workshop Engineer (Ex-Forces / REME)
£35,000 - £37,000 + Industry Training + Progression + Days + Monday to Friday + Overtime + Excellent Company Benefits
Ideally Located: St Helens, Wigan, Warrington, Newton-Le-Willows, Leigh, Haydock, ETC
Are you an Engineer from an Ex-Forces background and looking to get training to break into the Plant industry, in a company who will aid your development to transfer your skillset to a civilian role.

The company have cemented themselves as trusted suppliers in the Plant Industry and are renowned for their quality of work. They are now looking for a Mechanical Engineer from an Ex-force or REME background to add to the team.
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of Plant Equipment such as screeners, dumpers and telehandlers. This is a workshop-based position in a Monday to Friday days-based role.
This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer from an Ex-force or REME background, looking to join a company offering training to transfer your skills into the plant industry and maximise earnings through overtime.
The Role:
- Maintenance, repair and service of Mobile Plant Equipment
- Monday to Friday days-based role
- Opportunities to transfer skills into the plant industry
The Candidate:
- Mechanical Engineering background (multi-skilled background would be advantageous)
